Flux licensing options are designed to fit your organization and project requirements. We offer perpetual licenses, which are good in perpetuity (forever).
In most cases, a simple "click-through agreement" is all that is necessary to get started quickly. Licenses keys are sent electronically to you.
These licenses are available in scenarios that include development, testing, quality assurance, UAT, and staging.
Production licenses are available for running Flux in live situations. Use production licenses when you are ready to deploy your Flux solution in earnest to your users.
These "cold standby" licenses are available for failover purposes when your primary computers go down and are replaced shortly thereafter using "cold standby" computers.
In conjunction with Flux, Flux Agents are used to delegate processes to remote computers to increase overall system throughput and to allow processes to run on computers that contain unique resources. Flux Agents are purchased as an add-on to standard production licenses.
You can embed Flux in your application and resell it to multiple third parties by joining the OEM program. The pricing and conditions of these licenses are customized by the Flux OEM sales team to best fit your business model. However, if you are a consulting firm creating a custom application for just one or a small number of clients, you do not need an OEM license. You simply purchase an appropriate number of non-OEM licenses.
